Thrown on the wheel using stoneware clay, this simple idea enables you to enjoy spit-free birthday cake! The candle holder sits on top of the birthday cake. When the candles are lit, it can be carefully removed and placed in a safe place away from the cake, so that blowing out the candles does not contaminate the top of the cake.
This holder, when turned upside down, also functions as a little circular vase. It is microwave and dishwasher proof.
Slightly soften the wax at the bottom of each candle in a flame before inserting into the hole to enable them to stick firmly and to stand upright.
