This small, circular candle-holder is designed to sit on top of a birthday cake. When the candles are to be blown out, it can be carefully removed from the cake (by an adult) and then puffed out without any danger of spit spraying the top of the cake!

This is the smallest size - there are larger ones available. Holds up to 12 birthday-cake sized candles.
